ANYWHERE,
ANY TIME
I
don’t know about you, but joys and problems never seem to
happen to me on any kind of a regular schedule. I have my daily
routines, but they are often interrupted by life.
Blessings
happen when I’m not expecting them. Problems and trials sneak
up like a thief in the night.
Fortunately,
our direct pipeline to God for thanksgiving or help, prayer, is
available to us 24/7. The Psalmist shows us that prayer is something
available to us day and night.
In
the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my
requests before you and wait in expectation.
Psalm 5:3 NIV
My
mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.
Psalm 71:8 NIV
In
the night I remember your name, O LORD, and I will keep your law.
Psalm 119:55 NIV
Prayer
is not limited to Sunday mornings, grace at mealtimes and something
before bed. It is an all day every day opportunity to be in touch
with God, thanking Him, asking for His guidance, interceding for others.

He
has made Himself available to us anywhere, any time. God is waiting
expectantly for your call.
